Our story began with a shared passion for bingsu, a beloved icy dessert that originated from Korea but has since captivated taste buds worldwide.
We realized that crafting the perfect bingsu all starts with the quality of the shaved ice — it needs to have the right texture, the fluffiness of snow, and the ability to hold the flavors of the ingredients layered on top. With this in mind, we set out to create Snow Ice Makers that could produce this perfect ice consistently and efficiently.
